At GJJS, we teach realistic self defense and utilize a positive, safe atmosphere to promote a healthy lifestyle. We work to impart the virtues of Bushido (Integrity, Respect, Honor, Loyalty, Kindness, Courage and Honesty) and train Gracie Jiu Jitsu ® for the best in self protection and self improvement. Our goal is to reach those most in need of Jiu Jitsu including women, children and non-athlete individuals. Whether it be youth or adults, we have what your family needs. With many years of training in our art, learning the best teaching methodologies to date from the highest level instructors in our field, we feel confident in the fact that our academy can not only help you and your family reach but exceed their goals.
