Details: 302 BJJ was established in 2007 and is the largest Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gym in the area. We are also proud to offer a kids program at both locations, as well as classes in Muay Thai, MMA, and yoga at our Kirkwood Highway location. We currently have over 200 students, and are the proud home to 20 black belts. It’s a privilege to teach this art of self defense to men, women, and children in the Delaware area.

Kids Program Detail: This class is also available at both locations, but each location is set up for different ages. Kirkwood Highway’s kids classes are set up with different age groups in each class for kids ages 4-15. Middletown’s kids classes are for kids in Elementary School. Middle and High school kids train during the adult classes at Middletown in their own age groups.
