Kids Program Detail: Little Champions (Ages 3-6) Jiu Jitsu Program: Our Little Champions program is specially designed for children aged 3 to 6 years old. At this age, children are developing their coordination, balance, and motor skills, which are essential for learning martial arts. Our program is geared towards providing a fun and engaging environment for your child to develop these skills while also learning the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu. Kids (Ages 6-9) Jiu Jitsu Program: Our Kids program is tailored to children aged 6 to 9 years old. At this age, children are beginning to develop more advanced motor skills and are capable of learning more complex techniques. Our program is designed to challenge your child while also providing a fun and engaging learning environment. Our classes focus on teaching your child the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu while also developing their physical abilities. We teach techniques that improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. We also incorporate drills and exercises that help improve their speed and agility.
