Kids Program Detail: Our Kids 1 Program is designed to help our little champions take their first steps in martial arts. This is a very playful, fun class introducing them to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and preparing them to develop their balance, timing, strength, and coordination. Students will strengthen their sense of respect, focus, and confidence, all in a fun-focused environment.
