Kids Program Detail: Just as in the fundamentals classes for the adults, the kids fundamental class designed to provide students with a solid foundation of brazilian jiu jitsu, basic bjj theory, technique and principles are introduced as well. In the advanced kids class, each class incorporates advanced techniques and flow drills designed to help students internalize the fluid body mechanics behind the concepts they are learning and prepare them for competition or the streets. This class is only for kids with at least 4 stripes on their white belt!
