Kids Program Detail: We offer kids classes for two age groups, 6-10 and 11-15. Below you will find a short description of the benefits your child will gain by training with us.

Woman Only Program Detail: Women’s Self Defense is a Hands-On course. In these classes we cover the actual techniques of physically defending yourself. Concentrating on rape prevention and violent assault. Both physical self defense techniques and personal safety awareness tools are taught within this course.
