Kids Program Detail: The MKG Youth Program (ages 7-13) is unique blend of martial arts that provides a modern alternative to Karate and Tae Kwon Do schools, while setting them up for a lifetime of health and physical activity. Our program consists of Muay Thai kickboxing, Kali stickwork and Ghost boxing, giving students a great combination of both physical and cognitive fitness. MKG Youth classes will leave your kids both worn out and happy.
