Kids Program Detail: Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ages: 5-15 - We offer multiple children’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs for all ages. We offer 3 programs based on your child’s age. We have a Mini Monster program for ages 5-6. We have programs for ages 7-10, and ages 11-15. Our classes are designed to teach your child how to deal with bullying with effective and appropriate self-defense techniques as well as help them discover the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our classes will help your child get fit and build self-confidence! Kids Kickboxing - This class focuses on teaching kickboxing styles seen in K1 and mixed martial arts. The class is great for both beginner, and advanced students covering all aspects of striking.
