Details: Nate Howe is a former professional MMA and current professional BJJ fighter out of Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Nate Howe’s background and history in jiu-jitsu is impressive and credible. In 2005 Howe started jiu-jitsu training in the Rickson Gracie Jiu-jitsu Association at the Warrior's Cove. Howe also taught at the Warriors Cover for seven years, while also training with some of the top BJJ and MMA fighters in Minnesota. Howe’s record includes nine wins – with eight by submission finish – and has won many tournaments covering the Midwest region. Howe still actively competes in BJJ tournaments to this day. His deep love and passion for teaching Brazilian jui-jitsu has inspired him to open his own gym as "BJJ" is the most practical Martial Art on the planet. Brazilian jiu-jitsu: it is not solely a martial art, but it is also a sport; a method for promoting physical fitness and building character in people; and, ultimately, a way (Do) of life. For beginners to advanced, come train for fitness, self-defense and confidence all within a safe, encouraging environment.
