Kids Program Detail: Little Champs (ages 5-7) - Our proven Gracie Bullyproof program is designed to teach children how to effectively stand up to bullies while having fun! This program consists of 10 gracie games that will teach children self-defense in a fun way. Each game is designed to build a foundation for Gracie Combatives. After a successful completion of Little Champs, children will be allowed in the Jr. Grapplers program. Jr. Grapplers (ages 8-13) - This program is designed to focus on 33 techniques that pave the way to the Gracie Combatives program. Kids will have fun, build confidence, and learn Gracie Jiu-Jitsu while becoming bullyproof. This program is at a beginner level and you need absolutely no experience to get started. Parents, we know that safety is a concern, that's why we do not have any competitive sparring in this program.
