Details: Bear City Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a High Altitude Training Center located in the mountains of Big Bear City, California. At 6,752' Elevation, we train beginners, children, and adults in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Visitors and Competitors are welcome! Our Little Bear Jiu-Jitsu Program is a Martial Arts program dedicated to the general education on health, self-defense, and fitness that will impact a child's mind and body for a lifetime. The program is designed to give our youth confidence, builds mental toughness by facing your fears, teaching them the value of hard work that can be taken and applied to all areas of their lives. Our coaches provide classes that train all skill levels of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Yoga. We have a whole mind-body program with a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer available as well. Bear City Jiu-Jitsu Academy provides a friendly and positive environment with a sincere desire to help each student, by helping one another reach their full potential.
