Details: We have classes for men, women, and children. Classes at Eagle BJJ are held in both Gi and No Gi. Boxing / Kickboxing classes have a uniform that can be purchased through the school. All classes begin with a short warm up that includes calisthenics, jump rope, drills and plyometric exercises, followed by some light stretching. We gladly teach students from Yucaipa, Redlands, Calimesa, Beaumont, Banning, Cherry Valley, Highland, Mentone, and surrounding areas.
