Details: We offer world-class instruction to students of all ages and ability levels and are committed to coaching each student to achieve his/her goals. We are dedicating to preserving the art and integrity of jiu jitsu. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art used to control an opponent. With the correct technique, grip and positioning, a smaller person can submit a much larger opponent. You may notice in BJJ matches, competitors are often on the ground. This is due to the fact that controlling an opponent is generally easier on the ground than in standing position. Many of the BJJ techniques are centered around taking an opponent to the ground and being able to wrestle for dominant control. At the Brian Beaury Jiu- Jitsu Academy, students will gain a great understanding of the motions and boundaries of the human body, while getting the workout of a lifetime.

Kids Program Detail: Our Kids program offers gi and no-gi classes. Children are placed in classes based on their age. We teach children BJJ techniques and self-defense in a fun, high-energy environment with an emphasis on physical fitness and discipline. In addition to learning BJJ, students participate in various games to improve their motor skills, as well as promoting confidence, teamwork, and discipline.
