Kids Program Detail: Little Warriors - Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Our Little Warriors classes are held back to back on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We offer a class for children ages 3 to 6 years old and another class for 7 up until 12 years old. This class teaches basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self defense with a focus on anti-bullying techniques and school appropriate "rules of engagement". The instruction of the class is guided by an emphasis on teaching respect in all aspects of life. A Gi is required for class participation. Little Warriors - Kids Kick Boxing: The Little Warriors Muay Thai class is a striking class that teaches stand-up self defense techniques such as punching and kicking. The class is a no-contact sport using the gear provided by the gym. This class is an excellent compliment to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is held Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.

Woman Only Program Detail: Our gyms focus is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Self Defense so our Women's class was top priority. This class focuses on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique but Head Instructor TJ Tomlin also breaks down each technique in order to provide more depth into how it can be used for self defense. This class is for girls/women that are over the age of 12. This class has united the women from the gym and has aided in making more women aware of the necessities for daily life that this class provides.
