Details: At Hindsight we offer both striking and ground martial arts in Edmond, OK. We have kids martial arts classes and adult classes. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. “BJJ” training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and in self-defense situations. We focus on building character and self confidence in all students through the training of this martial art. Our classes are designed for everyone ages 3 and older! No experience necessary! Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as BJJ, is taught by Black Belt Seth Norman. As owner and Lead Instructor of Hindsight BJJ, he is a Certified Black Belt under 6x World Champion Robert Drysdale. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground fighting technique. Since 90% of attacks or fights end up on the ground you, should know what to do when you gethere. It is a martial art that involves grappling, choke techniques, joint manipulation, and positioning. At Hindsight BJJ, we teach techniques that have been put to the test and work.
