Details: HIGS GYM, LLC is a cutting edge brazilian jiu jitsu, parkour, and fitness facility. We offer classes for all ages in our 5000 square foot indoor gym and 3 acre outdoor obstacle course. Our goal is to make our students better, stronger, and more confident both inside and outside the gym. HIGS GYM provides detailed coaching and instruction in all classes and uses goal setting strategies and both team and individual challenges to have our students achieve success. We are proud to be affiliates of the Roy Dean Academy and Rock Steady Boxing.

Kids Program Detail: HIGS GYM offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for kids starting at age 4. We group the classes by ages 4-8 and then ages 9-14. Adult classes are also available for ages 15 and above.

Woman Only Program Url: https://www.higsgym.com/ladies-boxing-fitness

Woman Only Program Detail: Ladies Boxing Fitness is a fast paced class that uses heavy bags, hand targets and partner drills to build skill and technique. Classes are Tuesday/Thursday’s at 5pm. Check out a class and you will be hooked.

Other Programs Available: MMA, Functional Fitness, Parkour, Rock Steady Boxing

Pricing: $90 for 2 classes per week; $100 for 3 classes per week; $110 for 4+ classes per week; Punch Card $140 For 12 Visits; Daily Drop In Fee $15; Private Lesson With Coach Byron $75 Per Hour; Birthday Party $225 ($5 For Each Participant Over 20). We offer Muliti-student discounts as well as discounts for Veterans and First Responders
