Details: HIGS GYM, LLC is a cutting edge brazilian jiu jitsu, parkour, and fitness facility. We offer classes for all ages in our 5000 square foot indoor gym and 3 acre outdoor obstacle course. Our goal is to make our students better, stronger, and more confident both inside and outside the gym. HIGS GYM provides detailed coaching and instruction in all classes and uses goal setting strategies and both team and individual challenges to have our students achieve success.
