Details: The owner and head Instructor, Marcelo Cruz, is a 10 year advanced 3rd degree black belt with a lineage that is unmatched in the area. He has trained in San Paulo, Brazil for over 20 years since he was a young teenager. Marcelo has been a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor for many years there in his homeland and also specializes in grappling and self-defense training. His lineage of instruction received is only 5 degrees away from the legendary Gracie Family, which created the art as we know it today of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The Renzo Gracie Schools are one of the most recognized names in the business for their accomplishments and training.

Details: Children need to burn energy. This is a controlled environment where they will learn a skill, and not just be promoted through several belts like other children's martial arts programs. The kids program offers discipline, respect for one another, self defense, exercise and helps with thinking quickly and proper decision making. When children graduate our kids program to our adult program, they will be able to hang with every adult on the mat.
