Details: We are a friendly, clean Jiu Jitsu school with a great set of students to help you reach your goals in health and life.
Kids Program Detail: Rumble Tumble - This is a great introduction to the spirit of Brazilian jiu jitsu. For ages around 6 to 8, with a focus on body movement and control. Your child will learn the beginnings of self defense and discipline. This class will be taught at the same time as the Youth Classes, but on separate mats. Youth Instruction - Classes taught under the guidance of, and by Professor Paul Tom, children will gain an understanding of jiu jitsu with a focus on self defense. As skills develop, advancements in rank will be awarded. Each class will have dynamic movement and position training rooted on self defense.
