Details: Deep Half started with a group of parents that knew the importance of Jiu Jitsu for self defense and overall health for their children and themselves. We have focused on that to this day, becoming the premier jiu jitsu academy in southern Utah County. We're committed to growth and personal development. With a focus on self defense we help our students learn fundamentals that will work in competitions as well as the outside world. Our goal is to have students know they can handle anything that life throws their way. We've partnered with Rigan Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association to maintain the very highest standards of teaching and techniques.
