Kids Program Detail: We are invested in helping train the next generation with our kids programs consisting of jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi bjj), wrestling takedowns, Muay Thai & kickboxing techniques. Parents can be at ease to know that under the guidance of our instructors, their children will have the tools to find confidence in their daily lives while having fun learning a new skill. Children are eligible to begin our classes starting at the age of 4 years old.
