It’s important to know we offer classes to all experience, fitness & age levels. In fact, some of our Whittier students are as young as 4 years old and a couple of our students are well into their 60’s. This is possible because we don’t lump everybody into one class. We have a variety of different classes; each with its own focus. Some of our classes focus more on self-defense while other focus more on competition. Some of our classes are for kids, some for juniors other classes are for adults. No matter what your goal is, we have an amazing, engaging & fun class that will fit your schedule and expectations.
