Velocity Martial Arts Pompano Beach, Velocity Martial Arts Boca Raton, Velocity Martial Arts Lauderhill. Master Charles has been teaching/training/competing in various martial arts at an Olympic level for over 30 years. Has studied under Martial Arts pioneers like Grandmaster Conan Silveira, Marcello “Brutus” Silveira, Master Juan Moreno, Carlson Gracie Jr, and the list goes on.
