Details: Without safeguards in place, it would be counter-productive to teach self defense. We want our students to test their limits and grow, but not at the expense of injury. Our goal is to provide the highest quality training, and produce the best possible results for students of all ages. We currently have students enrolled who are over the age of 70 and still enjoying the various benefits of learning and training Jiu Jitsu. In addition to learning self defense techniques, we also want students to be better at life. We encourage proper exercise and diet as part of the journey, along with other tips and tricks to make everyone better at what they do.
