Details: At Cavalo BJJ, we provide black-belt level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in a safe, family friendly atmosphere. We maintain a clean, professional facility and welcome all skill levels and body types in an intimidation-free environment. Our facility has 1700 square foot of mat space and provides locker rooms and showers for student use. We are also very proud to provide students with the highest-level of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Columbia, Mo. Our members are some of the most accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu artists at their belt-level in the state. Zach Lenon, our lead instructor, is the only black belt in mid-Missouri as well.
