Details: Jiu-Jitsu classes for those interested in using martial arts to enhance their lives mentally and physically. We specialize in an old school and "efficient" approach to Jiu-Jitsu training that is suitable for all levels, all ages, and all walks of life. While Professor LaClair did formerly teach and coach MMA fighters before the Covid era, we are NOT a "fighter gym" with the young egos and frequent injuries associated with that kind of focus. While we do have students who compete quite successfully in "Sport BJJ" and other grappling tournaments, competition training is neither required nor our primary focus. Making "life" easier for all students is our ultimate goal.
