Details: We teach over 2,705 Classes a Year, encompassing 3,848 hours a year of Kids and Adult Classes. We are always adding and growing our training and disciplines. All our Instructors are Certified through Brazil-021 Jiu Jitsu, Strikers Union Muay Thai, or USA Boxing and are active competitors or retired hall of fame coaches. Our coaches can teach you the movements and help you acclimate to our programs. They’ll provide you with training, technical expertise, techniques, motivation and everything you need to get all the benefits from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing or Boxing.
