Details: Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that specializes in grappling or ground fighting. The whole idea is that a smaller, weaker person using leverage and technique can effectively defend themselves against a bigger and stronger opponent. We are focused on getting students stronger while they learn how to defend themselves. All this is done in a clean and friendly environment with black belt instruction.
