Details: Impact Jiu Jitsu Sherwood is a place where families and friends are able to train in a clean, safe and inviting environment. We offer adults, youth and women’s only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, law enforcement only PJJ (police jiu jitsu), and self defense seminars. Our goal is to help each student grow in technique, confidence and strength.
