Details: Pablo Silva BJJ Academy is located in acentral part of Houston near the Medical Center. Classes at the Pablo Silva BJJ Academy are held in both Gi and No Gi. All classes begin with a short dynamic warm up that includes both plyometric and calisthenic exercises.
