Details: Combat Fitness is Vermont’s premier, SafeSport certified, locally owned, Mixed Martial Arts facility. We are proud to provide Winooski with progressive training programs and a cooperative instruction system designed to create a community of men, women, and youth interested in developing themselves through martial disciplines, fitness programs, and athletic competition. We offer a variety of programs for all skill levels for Western/American Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and pro-style Kickboxing; including active competition teams. We also have three personal fitness trainers on staff well versed in creating rehabilitative or generic fitness programs to fit every individual’s sport-specific or fitness needs.
