Details: Our school is a Pedro Sauer affiliated school under Professor Anibal Lobo. We offer kids classes that will develop skills necessary in the development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and everyday life skills. Adults that want to learn a self defense that is efficient on the ground; Brazilian Ji- Jitsu is the answer. We train as safe as possible by starting on the ground and keep the pace slow to emphasize on technique more than speed. Competitions are available to students that would like to compete but is not necessary for advancement. Self defense is part of the curriculum which does involve some stand up and is important to your Jiu Jitsu practice.
