At Ascension Martial Arts our goal is simple: to encourage and assist students to set their own martial arts goals and to continue to move upward toward a higher level of training. Everyone has their own reason for entering the martial arts, their own benchmark, and their own goals. There is not one standard of practice at Ascension Martial Arts; practice focuses on the individual and what they need to better themselves, while working in a team setting where the students become family. We push each other to be better, support each other to become stronger. You work at your own pace to achieve your highest level of accomplishment not only physically, but mentally and spiritually, as well. A black belt at Ascension is not given, it is earned.
