Details: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an incredible self defense system based on principles of technique and leverage, designed to allow practitioners to defeat opponents of a much greater size and strength. This means you don't have to be big, fast or strong to be an effective practitioner. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was established in 1925, and has been proven to be one of the most effective forms of self defense. Groundwork Grappling is proud to offer traditional Brazillian JiuJitsu classes. We are a Cleber Luciano affiliate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school. Our mission is to build confidence and share Brazilian Jiu Jisu with all of Northern Wisconsin. We have programs designed for all age, skill and fitness levels.
