We have the top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, boxing, Sambo & mixed martial arts (MMA) programs in Mobile as well as the Gulf Coast. We offer classes to anyone with a good attitude who is interested in competition or just getting in better shape. We have classes available in kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling, and wrestling. Each class consists of a warm up, technical training, & specific training. Students will never be forced or pressured to spar. All students must train for a few months before being allowed to spar.
