With a team of more similar size/strength partners, it’s less intimidating getting started for those brand new. If you have some experience, a women’s team may help you prepare for gender/weight/rank based competitions. If you struggle with anxiety, this is a perfect place to “work it out,” learn to manage your energy. The women’s classes give you support and a community of women to share the training journey.
