Details: Superhero Jiu Jitsu Academy was founded in 2014 by Mike Dewitt and Brent Smith to bring the Springfield and Eugene areas a family friendly community to learn 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Superhero Jiu Jitsu Academy now offers, kids jiu jitsu classes (4-10 y/o), Teens classes(11-16y/o), Adult Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling classes, and Fitness Kickboxing classes. We have classes as early as 5 am and as late as 7 pm to fit your lifestyle and needs. At Superhero Jiu Jitsu Academy we strive to bring you an atmosphere that is free from macho egos and alpha mentality. Our aim is to create the best possible environment for you and your family to grow as martial artists, become stronger, more flexible, and enjoy a better life. Some amenities include: On Site Parking, Strength and Cardio Equipment, 2000 sq ft mat space, 2 mat areas, Locker rooms, Showers, Free WiFi, Kids area, Merchandise for sale. Brand new Zebra mats. We are the only affiliated and accredited 10th Planet school in Lane County. Head instructor Mike Dewitt Jr is a 3rd degree black belt under Eddie Bravo. The highest ranking 10th Planet black belt in the Pacific Northwest. Mike has competed in everything from ADCC trials, IBJJF black belt division, Submission UnderGround, Gracie National and World Championship, among many other events local and national.
