Details: Insight BJJ / Team Insight is a combat sports team headquartered in Bastrop, TX just outside of Austin, TX. Led by Second Degree BJJ back belt (and Bastrop native), Alex Henley, Team Insight has grown from our original 1 school in 2014, to 5 affiliates in 2 different states so far! (Texas & Kentucky). Additionally, Professor Alex and Insight BJJ Bastrop are affiliated under Renzo Gracie which has numerous affiliate academies worldwide where our students are able to train for free or at a discounted rate.
