Sport Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense Jiu Jitsu. Sport Jiu Jitsu is where you see aecademies training for competition. The goal in Sport Jiu Jitsu is to win by submission or by points. Self Defense Jiu Jitsu, where the focus is mainly for self protection in case of potienal encounters in the street.
